[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some hardware was broken, and repackaged in plain ziplock bags along with the numbered bags from the manufacturer. The assembly instructions were not in the box at all, and I had to hunt them down online.
It took about three hours to assemble due to working around the broken hardware and having to redo the first two steps to switch around parts that were attached backwards.
I would have returned it if I wasn’t so stubborn. Also I’ve found it to be more of a headache to go through returns on large furniture than it’s worth.
It would have been a four or five star review if not for the issues listed above.
