This unit is powerful and effective. With 1800 watts of steam and sturdy construction, I am confident this unit will deliver years of service, using distilled water of course. The unit delivered steam in under 2 minutes. The hose appears well constructed and easy to hold. The only accessory I wish was included was a heat safe paddle for those rolled shirts edges.

Could use some improvement

Overall I like the unit, however, there are parts that I feel are flimsy and I believe, will be inclined to break over time. Specifically the hangar unit. This is the worst part of the entire professional steamer unit. I would personally prefer just a hook up there to hang my own hangar, on. It makes it very difficult to get to the back collar.You have to take the shirt off and turn it around to be able to do the back collar sufficiently, or else it will get bunched up and wrinkled back there. The hangar unit is very flimsy and brittle, plastic, and again, in my mind destined to break. I stopped using it completely and now.Hang a hanger on the hook for the hose up at the top and it works fine that way. I do believe this manufacturer needs to rethink this design and just put a hook up there instead of this confounded plastic hanger that is immovable and useless.

I had an old steamer that was really not that good, so I ordered this one. It steams your clothes smoothly and effectively and it's a really good quality steamer. I definitely recommend getting this product.
