Still working perfectly after more than 5 years

I bought the steamer more than 5 year ago, and was using it semicomercially for all that time. No complaints at all, no downtime or repairs necesarry, and still going strong. After many times of dropping the head unit, it finally cracked, and I got a free spare offered

We've been using this steamer for the past 14 months. We love it! We use it for steaming clothing shipments and it works really well. Love the large water tank!
