I so it used at a Tommy Bahama retail store.
I saw how it took the wrinkles off the shirt I bought
I was sold. I purchased the SALAV.

Assembly was easy and the water heats very quickly. Quality is nice and the steam worked efficiently. The only thing that would be a little easier on functionality is if the hanger part was a little farther away from the telescope pole.
