It’s says it commercial grade. I didn’t believe it.. until I put it together! Wow. This thing is solid! Works really well! I recommend!

Good quality. Easy to assemble. Easy access wate reservoir. Wheels seem sturdy. Excellent power cord. Nice accessories (even though you don't really name them as accessories, the long pant clip hanger and the folding shirt hanger are really nice). The 'crease' presser is great!
