Great Steamer

Steamer has been great but one problem with your instructions of the arms that you put the piece of clothing on - your instructions say pull up each side and the click in place, however your Assembly picture shows pushing them down when putting up and a piece broke off that holds the arm up. Now the arm hangs halfway down. On a fluke a couple of days later I found the button- but nothing shows the location of the button and to push the button BEFORE lowering arms.

I have had several steamers over the years and so far I live the speed and power of the steamer. It is my primary method of ironing snd I place a high priority of efficiency.
I was a bit surprised by rhe need for distilled water!

Working with steamer took some time to learn but was not hard. You really need a hand pad and shirt pad.

It seems to work well enough for the price point. I’m used to my old stand up having a bit more steam coming out but these holes look larger so maybe it’s the same? Time will tell.
