It’s convenient and easy to use, sometimes though the steam stops coming out for a few minutes and then it restarts

Heats up quickly and is great for my curtains. My only complaint is that the hose is not long enough for tall hanging curtains. I have to prop up the steamer on a ladder. Not a big deal but should be longer.

I have only had this steamer a couple days. I am not sure what the difference in the 3 steam setting are, as they all seem to release the same amount of steam, BUT so far it does the job. Love the large tank for extended steam time. I use this for my photography business and shoot a lot of apparel. Hoping it lasts a LONG time!
