Only had it for a week or so, but really easy to use. Quick to get rid of wrinkles. Much easier than ironing.

Bought this to steam a silk and chiffon wedding dress for my daughter. It definitely provides commercial level off steam. Took out all the wrinkles. Very happy with this product
