Have just assembled this and not had a chance to use it once, but the components seem to be of quality.
Little things could be better; The hanger for pants seem to loosely hang on weak hooks crooked, there isn't a storage space to keep the brush component over the steam nozzle when not in use, some clips to keep the steam hose organized on the telescoping pole would be great, even better would be some additional storage on board when you want to collapse the entire unit down and store it all away in a compact manner.

I own a clothing boutique for women so I am steaming clothes all day long. I’ve tried all kinds of steamers, but this one is so easy to use. It’s light and heats up fast. I love that!
