Great product! Nothing is leaking, works perfectly.
Everything was perfectly packed, very easy to put together.
Turned it on and let it steam for a little before first use, and had several items steamed after my laundry day. Very happy with the results.

Upon receiving the unit I filled it with a half tank of distilled water and was immediately able to steam 4 linen shirts and a pair of pants in about 20 minutes. It would take me forever with my old handheld steamer.
