Great product works exceptionally well.
The only problem I had the brush falls off and doesn’t stay on the steamer head. Otherwise it’s pretty good steamer.

I like that the steam pad is made of stainless steel instead of plastic, feels like a traditional iron. It works fine, and hope it will last a while.

Not very sturdy

The telescopic pole and clips are cheap and not sturdy. Disappointed in this product. The hanger and pant clip are very poorly designed. Cheap plastic. Needs a new design .
