Telescoping pole

I like the steamer, however the telescoping pole does not stay up. There is one section that does not lock in and stay up.

Affordable and efficient steam iron

We bought this unit about two years ago and having been using this ever since. It does his job well. One thing to note is to keep the cloth above a certain height as it may drip a little if you start ironing towards the bottom side of the cloth, which is below a certain level.
Another point we noted is extremely proactive customer support team they have. We had connected to get a replacement plug of the unit and the proactively connected back to us with a note saying they have two units in the warehouse.
Overall, we are very happy with the performance of the unit and the post sales support from the company.
