[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been a Samsung guy for a long time and honestly, I’ve got Samsung products everywhere 😂 I have an 85-inch Samsung TV, my regular Samsung phone, and a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 that I use as my second work phone. What I really love about Samsung TVs is the responsiveness, brightness, contrast, how well they upscale everything I watch, and the uniformity of the picture. The picture quality is just incredible, especially on a big screen, and Samsung has always been a brand I trust for quality and innovation. I use my Samsung products every single day, so winning another Samsung TV would honestly be awesome and would definitely have a good home with someone who already loves the brand! Large BLACK LINE on the screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is horrible. There is a large black line on the screen. It ruins any enjoyment from buying this over-priced defective TV. Look online and you will read what I wish I knew before buying this, as the black line is not uncommon. I just bought a huge LG TV for another room and love it. I will be only buying LG for my remaining rooms.

Thank you for choosing Samsung’s QN990F TV. Black bars may appear depending on the original format of the content you’re viewing:
• Black bars on the sides are common when HD channels display upscaled SD (4:3) content
• Black bars on the top and bottom occur when watching films shot in wider aspect ratios than your TV supports
To adjust how content is displayed, you can try changing the picture size settings on your external device or on the TV itself: Home > top directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Size
Please note: Not all content can be stretched or zoomed without distorting the image.
If your TV is displaying lines on the screen unrelated to content aspect ratios, we recommend the following steps to help isolate the issue:
1. Check all input cable connections for any external devices (e.g., HDMI, streaming boxes, Blu-ray players)
2. Switch channels or inputs to see if the issue appears across all sources
3. Run a Picture Test to check for panel-related issues: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test
4. Perform a cold boot by holding the power button on your remote for about 10 seconds
5. Ensure your TV has the latest software installed: Settings > Support > Software Update
If the issue continues after these steps, the TV may require service. For further assistance, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun). LiveChat and additional support resources are also available through the Support link on our website.

Great TV 2 to 3 thousand less than 2025 cost.

The Q symphony sound is great with the Samsung sound bar.The wireless One Connect Box is great for a wall mount. You won’t believe what it does to old shows like Gunsmoke or The Beverly Hillbillies.
