[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had many TVs over the years, but the 98" QN990F is in a league of its own. The first thing that hits you is the Brightness and Contrast. Thanks to the Quantum Mini LED tech, the highlights pop with incredible intensity while the blacks stay deep and inky, making HDR content look almost three-dimensional.
The Resolution is where the NQ8 AI Gen3 Processor really shines. Even if you aren't watching native 8K, the AI Upscaling Pro makes standard 4K movies look sharper than I’ve ever seen them. For gaming, the Refresh rate is buttery smooth, especially with the Motion Xcelerator handling fast action without any blur.
One of my favorite "quality of life" features is the Connectivity. The Wireless One Connect Box is a game-changer for a clean setup; it allows the TV to sit flush against the wall without a mess of cables hanging down. If you want the absolute pinnacle of home entertainment, this is it.
