This Product Lives Up To It's Name. It is a Pro!

First I love the art and the art store. It's not difficult to find things you like and then favorite them, select a border and border color. The art looks so realistic that I've had people NOT know it was an image being projected by a TV. They thought it was a real photo. I really like changing the art work every so often or even have it rotating.
Second is the TV itself. This TV and the picture it produces is fantastic. Even in a room surrounded by windows and outside light this TV has no glare and produces a bright photo. I paired this TV with the music frame speakers for outstanding sound, even without a soundbar.
I couldn't be more delighted!

Beautiful Upgrade to my Living Room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung Frame TV. It was a big investment for me. It matters who you buy it from. I bought mine from a company that has very good customer service. The TV has required many service appointments to make adjustments. It has some interesting features. I purchased a subscription from Samsung to use The Art Mode. It also allows me to upload my own photos from my IPHONE. I wish that the TV came with an owner’s manual. It has taken me several months to learn how to use it. Even though it’s not like turning on a typical flat screen TV, I’m still happy that I bought it. I would not have been able to install it by myself. So, I do depend on getting help from the retailer that I purchased it from.

For additional guidance, your TV also includes Accessibility features designed to assist with navigation and remote use.
• Learn Menu Screen provides audio guidance for on-screen menus by announcing the name and function of each item as you scroll – without making any changes. This is especially helpful for users who are visually impaired or new to Smart TV menus. Enable via: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn Menu Screen. To exit, press the Return key twice.
• Learn TV Remote helps users become familiar with the layout and function of each button on the Samsung remote. Pressing a button (other than Power) will prompt the TV to announce its name and purpose, again without affecting TV operation. Enable via: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn TV Remote. To exit, press the Return key twice.

DO NOT BUY THIS TV!

If you want a TV that has cool art this is a good option. If you want a TV to watch, switch programming, turn up/down the sound DO NOT BUY THIS TV!!! While in concept the thin profile is great at a pragmatic level it is HORRIBLE. The latency because of the remote control box makes it nearly impossible to watch. At times it is impossible to adjust the volume, change the channel, turn the TV off, etc. DO NOT BUY THIS TV!!!

• The Wireless One Connect Box should be placed within 10m (~33 ft) of the TV with minimal obstructions.
• It can be stored in a recessed in-wall box or in a shelf or credenza below the TV, as long as the material isn’t too thick to block signals.
• Wireless performance may be affected by the surrounding environment and may not work properly if the box is enclosed or blocked by metal (e.g., inside a metal cabinet) or other physical barriers like walls.
If you're experiencing freezing or lag in general response time, please also try the following steps:
1. Check for firmware updates – Keeping your TV up to date can resolve many performance issues: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
2. Run Device Care – This tool checks system memory, frees up cached data, and closes background apps that could be slowing things down: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
3. Cold boot your TV – With the TV powered on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV restarts. This helps refresh the system.

I absolutely love my Samsung The Frame TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The crystal-clear picture quality makes everything—from movies to sports—look stunningly lifelike. The integration with Alexa is seamless and makes controlling the TV effortless with just my voice. I also appreciate how easy it is to press one button on the remote and instantly access all of our streaming subscriptions without digging through menus.
One of my favorite features is how it doubles as a piece of art. When it’s mounted above our fireplace, it looks more like a framed painting than a television. The ability to display different works of art or personal photos is a real conversation starter when guests visit.
Beyond that, the sleek, modern design blends perfectly with our décor, and the customizable bezels give it that extra touch of personalization. The smart features are fast and intuitive, making it feel more like a complete entertainment hub than just a TV.
Overall, The Frame is the perfect mix of style, technology, and functionality. It’s hands down the best TV I’ve ever owned and has truly elevated our living space.
