Thank you for sharing your experience. Please note the Wireless One Connect Box range is up to 10m (~33ft). If you're seeing a message that says "The signal strength is low. Adjust the location of your Wireless One Connect." while watching content from an external source (such as a set-top box, game console, or antenna), this means the wireless signal between the TV and the Wireless One Connect is weak.
To help restore a strong connection, please follow these steps: 1. Go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Connections > Wireless One Connect > Wireless One Connect Status > Adjust 2. Carefully adjust the Wireless One Connect Box's location and angle. The goal is to align it until the antenna icon turns blue, which indicates optimal signal strength and a secure connection.
Additionally, the lip sync issues you've mentioned may be related to the content source, but if you're noticing the audio delay across all sources or channels, especially when using an external speaker setup (soundbar, receiver, etc.), there are a few settings that may help:
1. Adjust Digital Audio Delay. You can manually increase the audio delay to better match the video: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay
2. Enable Audio Pass-Through. Samsung TVs include an audio pass-through option, which sends the audio signal directly to your connected soundbar or receiver without additional processing by the TV. This can reduce delay when using external audio devices: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through
3. Check for Firmware Updates. Ensure your TV is running the latest software, which may include performance improvements related to sound or sync: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

Art mode now requires constant internet connection

Beware this new Frame TV Pro requires CONSTANT internet connection for the sole use of Art Mode. You are no longer allowed to use this TV offline to simply display your own pictures transferred via USB to the TV. Samsung support continues to advertise this is possible, but this TV is useless without a constant internet connection. Even adding this TV to its own VLAN with a specific allow-list they change the domains for its “connection check” daily so it will “lose connection” even though all internal TV networking diagnostics say it is connected to the internet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please note that Art Mode & Art Store have always required both an Internet connection as well as a Samsung Account; however, you can display your own photos &/or artwork that you've previously uploaded to The Frame via the SmartThings app or via USB and then view them in Art Mode offline.

If you're seeing a message that says "Wireless One Connect is disconnected" while watching content from an external source (such as a set-top box, game console, or antenna), this typically means the TV has lost its wireless connection to the Wireless One Connect Box.
To resolve this issue, please try the following steps: 1. Check that the Wireless One Connect Box is powered on. If it’s turned off, power it back on. Once powered, the TV should automatically reconnect when the signal is strong enough. 2. If the unit is powered on but still disconnected, you may need to adjust the alignment: o Go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Connections > Wireless One Connect > Wireless One Connect Status > Adjust o Carefully adjust the Wireless One Connect Box’s position until the antenna icon turns blue, which indicates a strong signal and a successful connection.

A True Survivor – The Best TV I’ve Ever Owned!
To the Samsung Team,
I just want to take a moment to say thank you for making what is, without a doubt, the best product I’ve ever purchased – the 65” Class The Frame Pro LS03FW Neo QLED 4K TV.
Not only does it deliver incredible picture quality, smart design, and top-tier performance, but this television proved its worth far beyond what I ever expected. My home recently suffered a devastating house fire. In the chaos and heartbreak of it all, very few things made it out in one piece – but this TV did. It survived that fire, then took a long ride from Texas to North Carolina in the back of a truck, fully exposed and unsecured. And guess what?
It still works like a champ.
No issues. No damage. Just stunning 4K brilliance as if nothing ever happened.
This is more than just a TV. It’s a testament to Samsung’s craftsmanship, durability, and excellence. I will recommend this product to anyone and everyone. It’s stylish enough to elevate any room, powerful enough for any use, and clearly built to last through just about anything life throws at it.

Best Frame Yet — Worth the Upgrade, Minor Tweaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy setup from start to finish. The picture quality is excellent, and the menus and software are intuitive and responsive. Coming from a 2021 Frame TV, the improvements are noticeable and appreciated.
That said, it would be great if older Frame models could continue to receive software updates for a longer period.
The installers did a great job overall, especially given the mounting constraints. One area for improvement would be a sleeker power-cord design or the option to include a recessed power plate with installation. While the included spacers help, there is still a slight bulge where the outlet sits behind the TV, which detracts a bit from the “frame-flush” look the product is known for.
Overall, an excellent TV with premium visuals and software—just a few refinements away from being perfect.

Good Tv but Ugly/ small power cord

Bought second Frame Tv to bring new Pro model for movie. I am very disappointed at this Wireless One Box . You need power cables running around for TV separately , sound bar separately, woofer another one and then this hdmi hub kinda remote box. Older model of Frame Tv had a think wire that was not visible and clould connect upto 16 ft. Frame lost its usability with this ugly 5 feet cable. Even the instruction manual shows chinese version still hold that 16ft cable Also you cannot use older version box since TV doesnt accept same wire as input. Expensive product for a no Oled TV . Who approved this change in Frame line ? If you want frame stick to older version or just get Oled for 40% cheaper price.
