Samsung Frame TV Pro 65" - Pretty Good So Far

We've had this TV for a little over two weeks at the time of writing this review. For the casual watcher, the television looks and sounds great. We've had zero issues with the wireless OneConnect box (it is located inside our wooden media console directly beneath the TV). My only complaint is we've had a few issues with the TV's user interface (which is directly on the TV's software, not the OneConnect box) either freezing up or completely crashing. To fix, we've had to unplug the TV for a few seconds and plug it in again. Not incredibly annoying, but worrisome that we've had to do it twice in two weeks.

1. Check for firmware updates – Keeping your TV up to date can resolve many performance issues: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
2. Run Device Care – This tool checks system memory, frees up cached data, and closes background apps that could be slowing things down: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
3. Cold boot your TV – With the TV powered on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV restarts. This helps refresh the system.

Amazing TV and it doesnt look out of place when it

The best part is if your in the room and your not using the TV it just looks like a good digital picture frame. Sometime I forgot its a TV when I walk past the room

Why no signal over cable?

Image quality so much better than older frame TV. I was prepared for some tradeoffs (compared to my OLED), but not having a way to hardwire the One Connect box with a cable is not acceptable. I mean we already need to run wire for power, so why not run the signal? Some people want the box across the room, I get it. But those that just want the best connection possible and not deal with frequent signal loss should have the option like the older model.

Love the non-glare, sharp picture & art display

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the TV because it is non-glare, we have a lot of lights and sun in our home. This TV did Not disappoint.
Now that we have it our favorite feature is the Art display. I can’t say enough about how wonderful it is to have famous art displayed on our wall. We also display our on photos and art creations. When friends come over, my husband spends time showing all the art that is available.
We highly recommend this TV for its features and sharp picture quality.
