[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the very first word that came to mine when I watched a movie on the screen for the first time. The picture and the sound are amazing. I didn’t know what I was going to expect but definitely not the clarity that the TV is giving.. the color boosters add so much more clarity in depth to the picture. This is beyond movie quality at home.!! The sound quality is also as amazing you feel like you have surround sound before you even had a sound bar.. it’s a smart TV that has all the apps that you can want. You can control it from your phone or the remote. It also makes for a great gaming TV because of the processing speed and how great the TV looks. I would definitely suggest this TV as a much needed purchase to upgrade your entertainment system. I am so happy that I got it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! What a piece of art! The new Samsung's Frame Pro TV is absolutely beautiful. Not only is it an amazing, crisp TV, but it really shines when the TV is 'off'. While in Art Mode, the Matte finish display sequences through selected art. Suddenly our 65 inch Samsung TV is an art masterpiece!
New to the Frame TV this year is the wireless One Connect Box. No more wires to connect all the your wired devices. We've had no problems with connections or latency with the TV connection.
We absolutely love having friends and family over to show them our new art masterpiece! I highly recommend this TV to those who have a space to showcase this work of art!

Great TV for bright rooms with no glare.

Great art piece and a big improvement over the previous Frame. Installation was straightforward—nice that it only requires power. The connection box worked as advertised, wirelessly. The picture quality is excellent—possibly the best feature. I wish they made more matte TVs.

This unit was installed in the office, primarily for art viewing and as a display for PC screen extension. It works perfectly for that purpose. The matte display is wonderful, and display quality is very high.
One issue we keep encountering, though, is that it seems to hang after a few days of use and requires a power cycle (unplugging and plugging it back in), which is pretty annoying. This seems to be a common issue with the Frame series. We got tired of reaching behind to unplug it, so we added a wireless power switch to cycle the power when it starts acting up. Basically, it slows down so much that it becomes almost unresponsive until it's power cycled.
Other than that, everything else is great. It's a wonderful TV and display. We're looking to get a few more for different offices.

2. Run Device Care – This tool checks system memory, frees up cached data, and closes background apps that could be slowing things down: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
3. Cold boot your TV – With the TV powered on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV restarts. This helps refresh the system.

Awesome TV, goes perfectly in décor

You do ned the subscription to enjoy it the most, and the yearly price is reasonable. No glare is perfect. and the wireless box to connect is hidden in a cabinet without problems communicating to the TV. Would buy again in an instant.

We opted for the Frame Pro and after we mounted it to the wall… it confirmed our decision was perfect. Great picture, minimal glare. Good audio… this marked all the boxes for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Aesthetics - This look of this display is one that fits a display that is purposeful and not just a Box on a wall. Best in class
Glare - the anti-glare technology fits the looks we were going for. Meant to look like a functional piece of art.
Brightness - adequate for most uses.
Texture - unique to the display and as a luxury look.
Installation - this is not as ideal, Although the part are adequate, there are easier mounting systems that give a similar look, but the mounting system is not a ideal for most people to install themselves. The out the box experience for a high end display could be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of my TV. The matte finish on screen really looks exceptional. I waited a long time to purchase this and now that the box doesn’t need to be placed in the wall it made this purchase a no brainer. Now that I own it I am considering a second one. The art looks bright without looking fake. The texture of the paintings really look realistic. It works well in low light and bright light with no glare when it is sunny outside. I bought a custom frame online and I can’t be happier.
