Does not make sense

Does somebody want to tell me why this battery does not ship to CANADA! This battery is literally made for the cold and for activities such as skiing, where, in Canada that's literally all we got to film. But no, I'm stuck with a battery that does not let me record after it hits 50% because there's not enough battery life. Like come on people some common knowledge of where to send your products can't be that hard to find. For now I guess I'll just have to go skiing with 18 batteries.

Thanks for reaching out. It's a complicated answer, but we don't allow a standalone Battery to ship alone to Canada because it is a dangerous good and it has to go ground shipping. We only have air shipping for Canada. The way around that is that the customer has to buy a camera that is compatible with the battery they are buying with it. That way the order can go air. But, short answer, we don't ship any battery to Canada without camera. It may not help, but hope this increases your understanding.

So not used these batteries in cold weather, have the winter to look forward too..... have noticed that battery def lasts longer, Worth getting as a replacement battery for the future.

Does not work 2 of 5 times!

I am afraid I have to say, it is useless - at best.
When I first wanted to use it after charging, my camera wouldn‘t start. So I thought I might have forgotten to charge it, I changed it and with the standard battery, everything worked fine.
For the next two or three times the enduro battery worked just fine and the endurance is really, really good.
But then today I had the issue again, the camera wouldn‘t start. So I charged the enduro battery in the original GoPro charging tool purchased below. After that, the camera worked until I turned it off woth the battery at 70%. When I wanted to start recording about 10 mins later, it wouldn‘t react as if the battery was completely dead. It worked fine with the standard battery, so it must be the Enduro battery which is just not working at all sometimes.
I would like to cancel the Enduro purchase and get a standard battery insted, they don’t last as long, but they never let me down without beeing empty. It is highly disappointing, when you are driving a mountain road, want to turn the camera on and it just doesn’t react.
Also, I am not to pleased with the fact that it is nearly impossible to contact support in a written form. I want to send this thing back, but I have to wait for business hours to write in a chat or call - what? But that‘s another story…
A shame as I am really, really happy with the Max10 and was about to switch the Insta 360 vs. a Max.

Finaly my Hero 9 is working during Skiing session

One of te most annoying thing about the Hero is the battery life . I could'nt shoot ore than 50 mn in 4k and the Hero 9 was buging under low tempeture. Now it's solved with this new battery and I can shoot more than 1hour in 4k. Big improvement please make one for the Max 360 !

A must for cold weather

Where the standart battery even fully charged refused just to start the GoPro, this one lasted the whole day. Temperatures around 0*C

I picked up 4 of these they get good battery life. I try to keep recordings under 30 mins & all LCD screens off to keep camera temps down on my hero black 11. That being said I filmed about 20 videos & all 4 batteries are swollen I only used the provided charger and plugged into my laptop to avoid damage. I see the volta is an external battery which is a good idea. I have some questions though.

After 1 year and 7 months all but one of my Enduro batteries have gone bad

Very disappointed in these batteries. Especially for the price I would love to see at least 4 years of life out of them. I am not even a particularly hard filmer or abusive to these batteries and since they have gone out of warranty I have had all but 1 out of the 4 or 5 go bad. Some being from when I ordered the camera and others being from when I got a dual battery charger.
