Easy to use and set up ,, I have one on my dogs collar , as well as some very expensive tools .
Best Buy was a super fast shipper as well

These can only be tracked by one Apple ID account so are not very useful for us as a family as only I can track these locations.

Shipment lost and BestBuy won’t do anything!!!

I can’t believe a simple online purchase can result in such long delay and headache!! Bought Apple AirTag from BestBuy on Jun 13th and all I can see is the parcel is being shipped out with Purolator and that was it! Tracking froze on Jun 14th and never see any updates thereafter. Spoke to BestBuy and they can’t do anything or reverse the transaction.
I bought the AirTag as I was flying out of the country and needed this to be on my wallet just in case. Now with the parcel apparently lost somewhere, I ended up walking into a BestBuy store and buy it but they’re still telling me they can’t do anything about the shipment and that I’ll need to deal with Purolator myself to sort out the missing parcel!
Very unprofessional and I would give 0 stars if I’m allow to. It’s been 2 weeks and still no progress with Purolator and I’m very frustrated at this whole thing! I can’t believe a big chain store like Bestbuy can’t even deal with their shipping partner and had to ditch their customer and left hanging to deal with this on their own! >_<
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought for my daughter's iPhone.
She did a test and from the front room to the kitchen door (about 20 feet ) she could pick it up but as soon as she walked on the deck it disappeared. She did a few more tests and found the range to be abysmal.
I have a couple of Tile Pros and they worked fine in all her test scenarios.
It could just be a faulty Airtag ( others seem to have no issue) but ended up getting her a Tile Pro.

IT could be better

I like the fact that it has an arrow that points to location, that helps it it is near by, under a pillow or something. the range is very poor, not an apple like performance. Key ring hole built in would be nices, since i had to spend almost eaqual amount of money for air tag holder.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
