I contacted the help desk for a problem that I was having with one of my cameras. Without hesitation, Lynette helped me with a resolution and I quickly received another camera in the mail. Thank you so much! Everything is up and working fine now! Thanks Lynette!!!

THIS CAMPANY SAID U DONT HAVE TO BUY ANYTHING MORE TO MAKE THIS CAMRA WORK, THEY R RIGHT U DONT IT WORK PERFECT. IT WAS EASY TO WORK LINK IT TO UR WIFI WITH A BOX THAT THEY GIVE U AND THE CAMRA FINDS THE BOX ur DONE... NEVER HAD A SET UP GO SO EASY, HAD CAMRA 4 2 WEEKS NO Problem, ask me in 4 months and see if it still working..

Hi, I recently reported to the help desk that one of my cameras was not working as it should, after going through some fault checks I was offered a replacement camera. I found the help desk to be excellent and were happy to assist, answer any questions I had and very polite. Thanks again

I am very happy with this solution. easy to install. configure and works flawlessly. I have configured the local storage option.
Support via email is very prompt. recommended for at home use for securing the premises.
