Image is great. Wifi is terrible

I love the image this projector puts out but having to constantly reconnect the Wifi ever time you turn the projector on is a major pain. I read about Wifi Issues and it is true. I am also running the latest updates so this is a problem as of Dec 5, 2024.

Very pleased with the quality and performance. Setup is simple. I enjoyed watching my soccer matches with this project. Now, I’m taking it abroad to enjoy the holidays with the new projector. No regrets so far.

Good picture so far; glitchy to say the least.

Can’t complain about the picture quality. So far from what I’ve seen it looks great. However this has been insanely glitchy since the moment I took it out of the box. Good lord I contemplated returning it for a while. Set up was soo incredibly difficult I wasn’t sure it was worth it. I went through all the steps and finally got to the part where it needed a software update. I started the update and the darn thing would shut off mid update. Then when it finally didn’t shut off and the update was around 90% it would glitch and restart the update from the beginning. It did this FOUR times before I finally decided to google how to reset this and then finally completed the update. I shouldn’t have had to do that on a brand new device. Still playing around with it to see how it goes, but certain things will glitch every now and then.

Bright clear 4k picture with slow Google tv

Pros:
1) Great picture with 4k details
2) Great HDR/Dolby vison colour
3) Sound is great
4) Bright enough for daylight viewing

Cons:
1) Inbuilt Google tv is slow due to slow cpu and lower ram and needs a secondary streaming device
2) Other feature like eye guard not reliable
3) Weight and dimensions are not that portable
4) Remote needs to point at the system to turn on.
