Easy process ordering, good communication by aosom with fast delivery into the house.
Item well packaged with instructions and all pieces there. Yes, the instructions are a little vague but if you take your time and do as the instructions say , use three people you'll manage! I would not recommend doing this alone!

We only had one piece of steel on bolt fixing that was slightly bent, all holes in right place.
Once up this looks amazing we have had lots of comments and it helps as we have such a sunny garden to give us some shade!
