Be aware that these are only 2" thick. Overall it's a good mat.

Great addition to my pole

Bought it for the house. I just do pole dancing for fun and workout. Was getting tired if feeling the carpet under my feet and I couldn't transition from each move as smoothly. This has helped to resolve all my issues. And it feels super soft and gentle but yet sturdy? under my feet.

It's a worse thing u can buy, I am not recommended to buy it!!!! It's not working. Just worked for 2 time and then started to have a smoke.... it's waist of money.

My wife loves this mat

I bought this mat for my wife for Christmas. She is now more eager to try new pole moves at home because she feels safer now that she has some padding under her. Easy set up and easy to put away. I would recommend this product.
