I love this pergola! It was easy enough to put together (did take a couple hours) and is a great addition to my deck! I feel the feet and legs could be a bit stronger or more supported, but overall it is great!

I bought the gazebo with retractable roof nice product good materials except for the 4 post that come in 5 pieces after putting them together it seems ok but if it were my name on the box I would make it 1 solid post . I live in Chicago and we have some good windy days .will see how if goes will report back in a yr . As far as customer service goes

Congratulations on a solid staff . My order was missing a part and you team did a great job of getting me the parts and keeping me up to date as to what and where it was . I have to say this was about the best customer service I have ever delt with . Keep up the good work . And please if you can make your post 1 piece. I understand its because of shipping damage that it's this way . Would recommend your products. And will buy from you again .

Think it's a nice metal pergola.. took around 4 hours to put together.. I'm praying it will be sturdy during thunderstorms..

best to have extra help to assemble!

The instructions are not very clear in some parts.With the help of my brother, it was installed in three hours I found it easier to assemble the cover and beams at the same time and one side at a time instead of putting the beams together first. Also, install the pulley string before putting on the cover. Hope this helps someone.
