Purchase without regret!! Yasss, just do it!!

A fantastic addition to my kitchen. First, I must tell you that I spend A LOT of time in the kitchen - it's my happy place. I've got nearly every gadget and gizmo out there, so much so, that my friends lovingly call my ""apparatus"" cupboard the ""ultimate food torture chamber"". I've been reading reviews and listening to my friends about air fryers for some time. Let me tell you, I don't know why I waited so long. I can't imagine any air fryer producing better results than this one. The very first thing I tried was tater tots (my weakness) and I was amazed. Without an oven? Even crispier? Without heating up the kitchen? Yasss! After that, I was hooked and put things that are usually fried or baked recipies in there (meats, fish, veggies). I happily found nothing lacking. The results were the same or even better (and healthier) than the ""usual"" preparation. I'm smitten. This size fits more than you think. There is a tiny, but fast and easy learning curve to air frying. So don't be intimidated. I live in a sub-tropical climate (S. Florida) and I quickly appreciated that I could prepare great meals without heating up the kitchen. This fryer is super easy to use, effortless to clean, and looks great - which is nice because I let it live on the counter and not in the cupboard. I allowed it prime real estate because I found myself using it so often. I'm absolutely thrilled, and recommend this air fryer. Thanks Buydig!
