So far we have only brewed the full pot, have not used the single-serve. There are a few differences from makers we had previously that we like that this does not have, but I think we will be happy with it regardless. My main reason for buying was the 2-year warranty. We have not been happy with how long our other pots lasted.

I really like the slick feature and the fact I can do a whole pot and a single serve option is a plus. I deducted a star because I can’t put a tumbler under there so it doesn’t have great height for that. That’s the only thing I would really change is it allowing for a whole tumbler to fit which would be nice. Other than that, I love all their color options and design!
