Not reliable

The single serve, using pods, has worked well. However, the carafe mode is hit-or-miss. Three of the 5 times I've tried to make a full pot, it has stopped at about 8 cups and all the rest of the coffee/water/grounds are still in the filter. What a mess trying to get it out. I'm very disappointed and feel I really got cheated in this purchase.

Just what I wanted

Given as a gift. I wanted a coffee maker that could do pods, but also had a carafe. My other requirement was that it did not take up too much counter space. The Versabrew has met those requirements. Occasionally it seems to not fill when I push the corresponding button. I usually unplug and then it works fine. If I didn’t have that issue I’d give this product 5 stars.

Broke after 3 months

Coffee pot worked great for less than 3 months and then broke. We clean it as recommended.

Good coffee maker

I received the Bella Versa Brew coffeemaker as a Christmas gift. So far it seems to work well for brewing a single cup. We haven’t tried the pot yet.
One issue that I have is I wish the flip down cup tray would accommodate a larger mug. Otherwise so far it works as expected.

A little trouble

I love the space saving feature and attractiveness of the unit. My problems are 1. The resavoir does not hold enough water for a 12 cup pot and 2. The single cup buttons do not hold true for filling the cup. I have to push the 12 oz button 3x to get that much in a cup.
