great product, perfect for me

One feature is it is slightly smaller than others so it sits well on my counter, another is that it is easy to use as well as cleanup so it makes my life easier when im struggling to do what i can with 3 kids.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product about a month ago. I have used it to juice a variety of fruits. I love the compact design, ease of use, and the fact that the parts are dishwasher safe and easy to clean. The unit is mostly easy to disassemble and reassemble for cleaning, but I had a heck of a time trying to pull off the juice separator the first time. I liked the packaging it came in- very easy open and no fuss. What I did not like was the pulp to juice ratio, as I thought that I would be getting a lot less fruit pulp and a lot more juice. I also found the unit to be quite loud, and wished there would have been a slower setting. I had to cut things pretty small to feed them in, and turning it off and on every time I needed to put in more pieces was kind of a pain. (I might have made a bit of a mess my first time using it when I thought I could just dump stuff in without putting the pusher piece into place) my fault on that one! Overall, it is a decent little unit but it is more of a hassle to use than I like. I will continue to use it but not too frequently.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great juicer for the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first juicer I have personally used and I like it but I am not in love with it. I juiced some oranges and there was some juice in the pulp area. I found that if you don't push your fruits or veggies down with the plunger piece that a lot of the piece will end up in the pulp container and not get juiced all the way. The juice that did come out was very smooth and did not have pieced of peel or anything in it. For the price this is a good juicer but if you plan on juicing a lot I probably wouldn't recommend it.

Easy To Use Juicer

It is so easy to use and to turn most any fruit or vegetable into delicious, pulp free juice; although, bananas and avocados will be a puree instead of juice. You need to make sure you cut the produce into small pieces to fit into the food chute. The Black + Decker juice extractor quickly separates fresh juice from the pulp. The pulp goes into the separate container on the side. But fair warning it takes a lot of fruits or vegetables to produce a glass of juice but that is typical with any juicer but this one is awesome because it is sleek in size making it a space saving small appliance. I also like that is has safety mechanisms in place to keep my daughter safe when she uses it. The motor only operates when the lid is latched into place and there are rubber feet on the bottom so the juice extractor doesn't move when in operation. All removable parts are dish washer safe making it easy to clean. It is messier than expected and you need to clean it immediately after use or the produce begins to harden and dry out causing clean up even harder. There will be a lot of pulp left over so if you can come up with some recipes to use the pulp after juicing then you will even love this juicer more. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a juicer that is easy to use and that is space saving.

I have been exploring a healthier way of life and this juicer really helps me..
I wanted some tomato and carrot soup..
First you need to wash the parts of your juicer and make sure you put it back together right.. the instructions are very easy to read and understand..
Then just take the top off, cut you veggies small enough to fit through the shute and then start juicing..
This machine has the sharpest blades I have ever seen, I could not believe how fast it actually juiced the veggies.. It was very quick and it left all the pulp and veggie base in the back of the juicer and the only thing that came out was the juice... The children thought it was a miracle!!
IT was also very easy to clean, just take apart and wash with warm soapy water!!
I love how easy and convenient this was to use.
I recieved mine for free to review and I could not be happier.

What I don't like, and wasn't expecting was the amount of fruit needed just to make a glass of juice. Its also very messy to get the juicing parts cleaned. Seems to have enough power to juice any fruit or vegetable that you desire.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Juice extractor, Been trying to become healthier with exercise and diet and this is just what i needed, the juice smoothies give me a taste of sweetness that keeps me away from sugary treats, this unit has kind of a small mouth so you do have to prep the fruit and veggies into small pieces prior to juicing. The motor is powerful and does a good job... from time to time I do have to re-run some chunks that didn't get "Juiced" , over all i am very pleased with this unit , the clean up is a bit on the pain in the butt side but not too awful.
I would recommend this to a friend!
