as a designer, i love these, and this would have been a 5-star review… however, the need for two separate chargers for the 14oz and the 9oz is kind of disappointing. with an over-abundance of cables and cords in our lives, adding two proprietary charging cables is not Simple nor Humane… and the sponge is great, loose the soap we’ll. :)

Beautiful finish

This is my sixth simple human soap dispenser. I have one in every bathroom and kitchen. The other ones are the smaller size. This new one is replacing the one in the kitchen that still works perfectly. The old one was able to dispenser different size pumps, even a small drop. This new one however, only dispenses large amounts, so there's less control, and I end up using more soap. Wish it was. the same as before. I got this in the brass finish and it looks beautiful in the kitchen. I love the sponge holder too and fits one standard size sponge. It really elevates the space and makes it look classy.

Having arthritis in my hands was difficult to extract soap from squeezing or pumping containers. This is so much better. I am slowly learning how to operate the recharge and other features that this device has.

I have purchased several of the sensor pumps (both 9oz and 14oz) for my self and as gifts. After about 3 months of use the pumps started to indiscriminately dispensed soap when there was no motion anywhere near the dispenser to trigger it. The newest (14oz) one that I just purchased for a relative, drips soap after it delivers a "normal" triggered amount of soap and then continues to drip for several seconds afterwards - wasting a lot of soap and making a mess in the sink. I have invested a small fortune on these dispensers and I will not be purchasing any more.
