I bought this as a present for my parents. We have two in our own home. It’s an awesome upgrade. My preschooler can wash his hands unassisted without knocking over a pump. It holds a charge like magic. I love it so much!

Surprised by this experience!

Simple Human makes great products, however my most recent purchase has been a disappointment. One of the soap bags had leaked during shipment and ruined the outside of the packaging. Then, surprisingly, one of the dispensers would not operate after being fully charged. I am now awaiting a return label to send the product back. But customer service is not what I had hoped for! All my other experiences with SH have been good so I am still holding out hope that this purchase experience finishes well.

Love it! Easy to charge, don’t have it fill all the time. Finally, a soap dispenser that doesn’t clog up. Also, the caddy very handy & easy to clean.

We have added yet another great product from SimpleHuman. We could not be happier with our Sensor Pump for Dish Soap with Caddy.
As with all the other items we have bought this is yet another example of quality and smart looking, clean design, paired with the elegant brushed stainless steel we love. Very pleasing to the eye!
I highly recommend SimpleHuman's products! We don't even question the quality any more when we look for something from there. It is just a question of deciding what size and type we want. Thank you for excellent service in addition to your excellent products.
