This soap dispenser is excellent quality. It's also very attractive on my counter. Beyond that, it is perfectly made. Simple Human thinks of everything. The ease of refilling, the spinge holder, the small indentation in the sponge, the magnetic base for recharging, the sleek design, are just some of the great things about this product. I love it.

The best pump we ever had. Beautiful and super convenient, delivers the amount of soap as needed and the sponge is always at the right place. Love it!

Does Not Last

I spent too much money on the dual soap dispenser. Both dispensers have had to be replaced. When they work, I love them, but they don't work more often. Now with the replacement, I woke up to 8 oz of soap dispensed on counters I just finished cleaning the day before. It just dispenses on its own with no one in the room. Does not meet expectations

Functions as expected but a bit disappointed that having to use the SH soap line is the only way to keep the sensor pump from leaking :/

I had an identical one to this that failed to hold a charge. Simlehuman sold me this a a discount and my only hope is that it holds a charge longer than one month, which is what my previous one deteriorated to. I really love the variable quantity of soap that can be obtained.
