I have used a number of other brands and this is of good quality. My only regret is not upgrading to amodel that changes resistance levels on the fly. App is good and helps to keep me motivated. I am still debating on the upgrade in the app as I think it might make rowing more enjoyable. For the price, it is a good entry level rower. I love the water sounds as I row....for that sensory reward it is enough to keep it real!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
