Loses charge fast and needs to be physically plugged in to work—even when placed out in sunny area. 8gb isn’t a lot of built in memory either and can’t really see faces or cars clearly—especially if they are running past the camera. Too blurry even though 2K.

Both cameras keep dropping off line for no apparent reason. According to the app, WiFi is full signal. When they drop off line and are reset, sometimes they come back in black and white. Then, have to remove the device and reinstall. If they come back up normal, the WiFi still shows full signal. Sometimes they drop off line, and sometime later just come back up as normal. This is happening almost every day in the same locations as the replaced “C” model cameras - which YOU bricked after two years. There were no connection issues with the original cameras. Very annoying and disappointing.

It’s good but doesn’t detect vehicles when in front of my home but will detect a vehicle that’s nowhere near my home. Very inconsistent when detecting even a human. It’s okay, my older eufy camera did a better job but it was solar so I got tired of charging it but I may buy an aftermarket solar panel and install it and reinstall my old eufy

Love this camera, it has clear pictures and has built in storage but best of all NO HODDEN FEES! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the solar pancake doesn’t seem to be charging efficiently. I’ve moved it around 3 different times but the same outcome!
