Great Lock with One Major Flaw

This smart lock’s functionality and app usability are both great. It was easy to configure and setup my entire family for access. The fingerprint reader is quick and the keypad easy to see and use. Handle operation is smooth and we love the notifications of when the door is left unlocked.
The major issue we have is with the fact the pre-existing deadbolt needed to be moved to the bottom and this handle installed on top due to the size of the battery compartment. This puts the handle at an unconventional height, making opening and closing the door feel just a bit unnatural. We also found moving the deadbolt was not a trivial exercise. It required altering the size of the strike plate cutout and drilling new mounting holes due to the fact the deadbolt strike plate and the door handle strike plate are different sizes with different screw hole locations.
In the end, we’re going to keep the lock but be aware of the limitations and extra work required if you have a deadbolt.

This lock was easy to install and the family loves it. The fingerprint can be a little finicky but once you get used to it, It's great. The app is great too.

C33 Install

I like the Smart lock, but it took me twice to install it, the manual is too small and hard to read. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with it.

High quality door handle, needs some slight enhancements

Programming and install are really easy. I love the dual PIN or fingerprint option. Complaints: There is no push button lock from the inside. The only option is to enable privacy which locks out your guests, or you have to open your phone to lock it, or you have to open the door and push the shield button (long press vs short press mentioned in the instructions.) There is no visual indicator internally to see that it's locked without opening the app. If you open the door it auto-unlocks.
