First off, I love the output I get from these pumps--it's equivalent to my Spectra. But after a month of use the pumps stopped charging. I contacted customer service for a replacement since the pumps are still under warranty. They were able to order a replacement, but it's been 1 week since they printed out a USPS label and the pumps have still not been shipped out. I've been tracking them and USPS is still waiting for the package.
It's incredibly frustrating having to wait so long for a replacement. Especially since I only got to use them without issues for 1 month. They're on the pricier side compared to other wearable pumps on the market so I'd expect the pumps to work for longer than 1 month and for the replacement to be processed in a timely manner.
I am really disappointed that the product is so expensive and I'm unable to use it for so long.
I’ve had a few different wearables and have had the most experience with the original elvie. This one is similar, but is very straightforward and is very consistent with suction, you don’t have to mess with all the parts and pieces a million times to get it to work. You just put it together and it’s ready to go. Love the heat aspect, although I wish that was more customizable. The charging case is a total gam changer! Makes it so easy to transport, and you don’t have to bring all the cables with you. Love all the customizable settings.
My only complaint is that I wish you could pop off the collection containers and put a lid on them temporarily for storage instead of having to transfer to another container. And that the heat setting was more customizable. But over all I feel like it’s a really great option, and a high quality product.
