Great doorbell, only a small critio

The doorbell itself works fine, love the dual cameras, and being able to speak back and forth.
The only request would with the mount. It would be nice if I could “swivel” it more. The “wedge” that came with it helped, but not enough…

Install was easy but we had to purchase a larger wedge as our existing door bell is on the adjacent wall. It would be nice to conceal the hole so that it cannot be easily removed

Love the quality of the image. Set up was fast. I like there’s an option to hardwire so we don’t have to worry about charging it. Too soon to see how the battery does long term.

Battery charge not so good

I love the camera. The features are superior to Ring doorbell, which I just replaced. I’m just disappointed with how fast the battery is draining. I hope Eufy comes up with a firmware update to fix this issue. I’ve read online that some people are experiencing the same.

Purchase of new A340 video doorbell.

My new doorbell works great. It took me about 20 minutes to install it and get it set up on the app. It does exactly what I wanted to do notifying me when there’s any motion and alerting me if there is someone at the door, ringing the doorbell. And also highlights of packages are left on your doorstep. I’ve been using it for about two weeks now and everything works very nicely.
