I like that it has the bottom camera to see packages and you get notified about package movement. Quality was better than my Ring camera and I feel safer knowing that it has a lower chance of being hacked. I don’t like how when someone rings the doorbell, it just shows up as a normal notification on my phone as when someone walks by. Ring shows the live feed in the notification regardless of the settings, has a bell emoji next to the alert, and pops up as “time-sensitive” automatically on iPhone. Because of that, I have to set up my Alexa to notify me when someone’s at the door because I can’t trust the app. That process alone is such a headache because their ecosystems just don’t speak to each other well. I also got the indoor camera and that has been SUCH a headache because it constantly goes offline even though it’s literally plugged in right next to the router, and the notification settings are fleshed out enough. Overall, 7.5/10.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far, we love the doorbell. This is the second Eufy product we bought, and we could not be happier. It is so easy to set up. The light is a great feature that we did not think of, but it sure helps when we get to the door and get the key out to unlock it. I also used my old doorbell and had no issues hooking it up. This is plug-and-play.

Loving no subscriptions

Switched from the Ring because I didn't want to keep paying for a subscription and it's been great so far! Love having the 2 camera angles, one straight and one for packages on the ground. Sound quality and video are fantastic.

This is my second purchase of the E340 to add to a second home. Eufy option to stand alone or purchase a subscription service is why I like Eufy products. The Eufy E340 is a quality product and I use it with the Eufy HomeBase 3801 which allows facial recognition. The system is easy to install and training the facial recognition is also easy.

At one Celsius the camera fogs up and there's not a clear view 🤷🏽♂️. Otherwise pretty dam good..
