Impossible set up. Had issues trying to get it set up to my network and fought with it for well over an hour trying to contact tech-support and all I could get was AI. It’s pretty bad when a company’s AI will come back and tell you, there’s a software glitch.

My 80 year old wife is frequently alone in the house and is apprehensive about people at the door. Our video doorbell allows her to see and interact with visitors without having to go to the door. It was fairly priced, easy to install, and works well showing us not only visitors but also packages left on our porch. A great product - I'd purchase again.

I specifically asked before i bought this doorbell about it being in the sun before i purchased it and they said it wouldn't be a problem. As soon as it hits 80 degrees outside and the sun hits it. The doorbell overheats. Keep in mind my placement is away from the sun up untill 6pm at night. When the sun goes down, until that time it's fully shaded all day. I asked the questions before i bought the doorbell because where i live it get all over 100 degrees outside during the summertime. I will add photos for proof if it allows me to with my review, that being said i have had multiple brands of video doorbells and none of them overheated.
