This trash can looks nice in my kitchen, and works very well. The lid goes up and down smoothly and the can stays put - doesn't "walk" like my last one did.

Very satisfied with my purchase. It arrived on time and was in perfect condition. It fits in small spaces, which was exactly what I wanted. I even have been getting complaints. I would recommend this trash container.

Perfect Fit

I have a very small kitchen and I only have one spot of floor space which is under a countertop. I needed a perfect fit while still maintaining as much of the size as possible. This one did the trick, looks great and works as advertised!

Perfect utility

When I moved in to a new apt, I was seeking a refuse container that would be much larger than anything stored beneath the kitchen sink, plus have a sleek, modern look that would fit right in with the fixtures and furnishings. I hit a home run with this, couldn't be more satisfied.

The slim step can is just what we needed. The previous owners left a nice round one in the pantry off the kitchen but we could barely shut the door. This fits perfectly and is sleek and attractive. It operates just as described. Great purchase.

Stylish & Practical

I had another simplehuman stainless trash can for over 13 years and I’m passing it down to my daughter. I bought this one based on color, slimness, and pedal being on front. My last one was for a different kitchen design and I made it work for many years in my current kitchen but when I saw this model I knew it was time to change. I’m glad I bought this. It has the same inside space (or more) and is more practical. I also bought the bags which are very high quality and I’ll likely continue to buy them.

I needed to have my trash container in a small space at the end of a run of cabinets and this slim one is perfect! The slow closing feature is nice also.
