It’s a marvel having and using a well engineered garbage can. I like the great way the plastic top will not dent, the interior is a cinch to clean, the ease of extraction and the quiet pedal/hinge/top mechanics. Size is perfect for our purposes.

The 45L Slim Step Can

I recycle most of my trash, so it can take a week or two to fill up a trash bag. Even though I rinse anything that has held food, I would still get smells emanating from my old trash can. The 45L does a really good job of retaining any odors. The slim size has also worked out perfectly for the space. Although it wasn't cheap, I'm glad I invested in this can. It's well worth the price.

No longer self-closing

Looks great—I love how the liner rim covers up the trash bag. But, in less than 2 months in a one-person household, the lid no longer closes on its own.

Slim Line

This trashcan works great. Fits in the space we had just perfectly. Can’t find the N size bags, but am able to use regular bags afterall so that works well too.
