Sleek and effortless. You will not regret spending a little extra money on a product you literally use and have to look at ten times a day. Makes taking out the trash almost a pleasure.

Hands down best trash can ever

This is my second Simple Human step trash can. I bought the small butterfly can for my bathroom and loved it so much after seeing how nice the dark bronze was and how well made it was that I decided to finally get a step can for the kitchen. I bought the slim dark bronze step can and I could not be happier. I love that you can’t see any part of the trash bag, love the quiet close, love the slim design , and that the step lever is in the thin side of the can and not the wide front. How odd to be so happy about the trash can. But I am and I’d bet you will feel the same with yours.

Great replacement for older model

This was a replacement for an older model that had broken. Customer service was amazing, it got shipped here quickly and we are very happy. the product is durable stylish and very functional, we love simple human garbage cans and bags.

Nice but it slams shut!

Would’ve given this trash can 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that it slams shut when I remove my foot from the pedal! My old one never did that. Not sure if a got a defective mechanism. Was going to contact simple human. It was my understanding that this can was supposed to glide slowly when the pedal is released. Love the can otherwise. Fits perfectly in my small space and keeps the trash bag in place.
