Sensor mirror

While this is a nice product. It failed to work for me. Light went out continually. Couldn’t get mirror at right angle without putting it leaned against something. While this company makes great products( I have several) this was a huge expense for product that didn’t meet up to what was indicated. Disappointed in my purchase

My mirror stopped working! Even when it is fully charged, it has to be cut off and back on for the light to come on! So disappointed!

Excellent quality but wish the 10x portion was bigger

Due to my failing eyesight I need the 10x to apply my eye makeup. I love the clarity of the mirror and the quality overall, and the versatility of the 1x-5x-10x options —- I just wish the 10x portion of the mirror were larger! My only other observation is that the charge does not last as long as expected after charging for ~24 hours; despite using the mirror only briefly in the morning and the evening the charge only lasts about 7 - 10 days (not bad, but not as long as was described by manufacturer)

Based on average daily use and the most common brightness setting, the mirror should last 4-5 weeks on a single charge. When the brightness is increased it will drain the battery at a faster rate and the mirror will need to be charged more often.

I absolutely love this mirror. The magnifications are perfect for me. The light brightness is adjustable and is very good. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact it doesn’t tilt enough. I have to prop the opposite side. The Rose Gold is beautiful!

Great mirror but has issues

Love the mirror however after a few months the power started to go out more often and then it wouldn’t change to the brightest light mode even when taking steps to reset. My friend had the same issue. We both contacted customer service and had the mirrors replaced. Great customer service but obviously something going on with these mirrors . Hoping it doesn’t happen again with The replaced mirror as the warranty doesn’t start over on the replaced mirror. That’s a customer service downfall but hoping for the best.
