Fatal flaw

I returned it, it lights up with motion so in the middle of the night it lights up and is too bright. The on/off switch on the bottom is not a feature I want to use each night. Also I contacted customer service multiple times to check if there is a solution to the above, multiple loops of auto answers and a specific email and no relevant response provided.

I do not care for the tilt on the mirror. It makes it to high for a comfortable view. The original moved downward.

A worthy successor to the original

I bought the Sensor Mirror Trio to replace my wife's original Sensor Mirror, which would no longer hold a charge.
My wife appreciates the refinements in the Trio's ergonomics, and immediately noted that the Trio's charging port was much easier to plug the charger into. She also likes that she no longer has to use a jury-rigged third mirror, finding the integrated mini-mirror well-situated, with a well-chosen magnification.

Great mirror

Got this mirror to replace our old simple human mounted rechargeable mirror, that doesn't hold a charge any longer. This new mirror is so much better mainly because of the adjustable lighting. The old mirror's halo would leave me seeing the halo for awhile after looking into it, this one does not do that. Other plus is the different magnifications.
