Doesnt charge

I bought this mirror because I had the small travel mirror and wanted a bigger one, but the battery for the light doesnt last much, and now it does not recharge. I like the mirror but am disappointed that now it does not charge. I live outside the US so I have tried to manage but now it never charges. Can I send ir for repair? Unhappy with this one but still happy with the travel version.
