Love hate relationship

Purchased a year ago, just recently, had to send back for 2 issues, first a charging issue, had to reboot after charging sometimes, then the pivot point on mirror obtained so much slack, mirror became tilted, I’ve recently received a new one,
I do appreciate that, but for the price of this mirror, you would hope it would last several years.
We’re very meticulous with and take care of things in our home.

This is the best make-up mirror I have ever had. Because of the magnification I can use this mirror without my glasses. I use the 10X magnification the most.

Solid high quality mirror- did not think I would use the 10x area as much as I do. I like the flip of the mirror and the night and day lighting. Beautiful well thought out design. I purchased the white and it has a pearly finish not bright white. I was hesitant to buy this due to the cost but you get what you pay for!

Completely love my new sensor mirror. No more using 2 different mirrors and the 10x is a bonus! Price a little steep, but worth every penny!

10x is on bottom

Would’ve made more sense to have the 10x magnification at tip to pluck eyebrows and do eye makeup.
