Good company that’s stands behind its Products

So I contacted the company. They listened to the problem, they replaced my unit at no cost. I was very thankful as I was just looking for parts and since it was still under warranty they replaced it free of charge. #GreatCompany!

Don’t bother getting any other trash can.
Seriously. Just don’t. This one is perfect in every way. Plus, their customer service is amazing. After almost three years my lid broke, and they replaced the whole trash can. I was so afraid I’d get stuck having to buy another one, because I didn’t think I could live with any other trashcan after this one. They were so nice, and they just replaced it. It was simple and easy. I had the new one in two days. Thank you, simplehuman! Love this trash can, and your company.

I love it! Easy to fill and easy to change the bags! Very convenient having the bag dispenser in the can !! Overall simply put a great product! I will definitely recommend it! The only draw back is the high price. lol

The can is gorgeous and works great. The reason I must write a 5 star review is for two reasons: 1 the can is great. unfortunately it broke somehow. So I called the company. Here is the important second reason, they replaced the can with a brand new one and the customer service was stellar. Thank you I am now a loyal customer.
