like the automatic turn on

Love the automatic turn on and the light weight of it but I can't see my whole face in the mirror. It is only for travel so I am good with that!

Simple Human is a great brand. I love there line. The mirror was too much for me. I wasn’t able to handle the 10xs magnification. It was good product just not for me.

The person we initially contacted could not have been nicer or more efficient. She explained the procedure of repair or replacement and was so helpful. We were kept up to date with emails as to what was happening: from you receiving the broken mirror, to the evaluation of repair or replace, to the shipping of the new mirror. This light is a must have for travel and home use as well. It folds easily inside the hard case and keeps a charge for weeks! Love it for everyday use as well with perfect clarity. Very good investment.

I love how compact it is for traveling (not that I’ve done that). It’s sturdy and 10x magnifying is great. I just wish the mirror itself was a bit larger. Overall, I’m happy with it.

Jury still out . . .

The main reason I got this mirror is to apply my eye makeup. As a 60-something year old, my near vision is not good and I really need a 10x mirror in order to do the close up work of tweezing and applying eye makeup specifically. I really would have preferred a larger size in a 10x, but this is all that is offered in a 10x from simplehuman (besides the little insert 10X mirror). So, after the first couple of uses, the mirror seemed to need to be charged, which I thought was odd because the booklet says a charge should last 5 weeks and the total time I had used it (light shining) was probably 20 minutes. So, I charged it according to the directions (i.e. when the light is a steady green, it's charged). That only took a matter of minutes. Then the same thing happened again - it worked for one makeup application and then the next time, the light wouldn't come on. So, the next time I charged it overnight. I am still testing out that charge.
Overall, I like the mirror. As I stated before, I REALLY wish there was an 8"/10x mirror option. 5" is pretty small and I realize it's meant as a travel mirror and I'm sure it would be great for that, but I don't really travel all that much.

We have contacted this customer to assist them with their mirror. After discussing the features, they have informed us that they were able to fully charge the product and it is now holding the charge and performing as it should.

5in sensor mirror

My review for this mirror would be disappointed! I loved My first my 1st mirror. It stopped lighting so you have now sent out 2 replacements. 1st replacement I couldn’t take my face more that 1/2 inch away and the light would go off! This one that I now have the light has the distance problem and the lite does not seem as bright as my original mirror lite.
