Really enjoying this magnifying mirror. My only problem with it is that I cannot remove the printed message right in the middle of the mirror! There must be something simple that will remove it.

The only reason I'm not giving this a 5 is because the charge doesn't last more than 2 weeks. I'd be happier if it either lasted longer, or had a permanent plug option.

Love this mirror and the ease of not having a cord dictate where it has to be when I use it. Liked it so much that I got my daughter one and recommended it immediately to a very good friend.

Excellent make-up mirror

As you move closer the light automatically turns on! The magnification is fantastic. Invest in your mirror as it is an investment in actually seeing yourself clearly. In the past, after applying my make-up, then leaving the house. I would get in the car and as I glanced in the rear view mirror, yikes! My make-up looked like a toddler applied it. This mirror really helps! Highly recommend Simple Human mirror!

I like my smaller mirror better as the larger one seems not as clear and difficult to see to apply eye makeup.

This is my second X5 sensor mirror, and unfortunately it does not hold a charge the way my prior mirror did. I would call to determine what the change in the product is but just do not have the time or patience to attempt to track down this issue. Trying to live with the difference but the difference is definitely noticeable. Either the product I received is not up to your standards or something has changed in your product.

I love the light, but it dis not working correctly.
I have to touch the the control 10-15 times to get it to shut off.
also, I am having trouble with switching to the warmer dim light. I only get the bright light option
