Didn’t work- can’t get in touch with an actual person

I already have a mirror that was given to me from my sister and I absolutely love it, but it won’t charge anymore (I’ve had it for years). I saw where SH was having a sale, so I bought a new one. Right out of the box, I followed the instructions and the mirror wouldn’t charge or turn on. I tried to reach an actual person to discuss exchange with or other options to fix said brand new mirror and I was redirected to problem solving videos, that didn’t work. I became so frustrated that I decided to return for a refund (I’ve yet to see ) and buy a less expensive useful mirror

After multiple attempts to reset the mirror, it will not turn on. After contacting the company, I have been promptly provided with a return label. Looking forward to getting my replacement!!!

Well worth the money

I waited a very long time to buy this mirror. I checked out several other mirrors debating on if this was the one that I wanted. In the end I bought it and I wish I wouldn't have waited so long. Absolutely! Love the magnification love how easy the touches on the sensors. Love the brightness on it. It does not distort anything. It has a very solid sturdy base. Nothing about this mirror is bad. I like that it's rechargeable. I don't have to worry about batteries. It is so well made and the colors that it comes in are really nice.

I’m in the process of sending this back. It won’t charge. Did all of the resets. Use charging cables that worked, not sure what issue is. From reading reviews it doesn’t sound uncommon.

Giant disappointment

Waited 6 weeks for item and it never worked. No ability to speak to a human by phone, text or chat. Have to leave email and wait for them to get back to you. They never did. Simple human didn’t seem to have humans.

Just love my sensor mirror, the image is so clear and fits right on my bathroom countertop. The color blends in with my bronze bathroom fixtures. Looking forward to enjoying this mirror for a long time. Thank you simple human for making my life better
